On December 19th , at 5:00 p.m. , in the Guadalbullón Auditorium of IFEJA, a new Expoliva Dialogues session will be held under the title: "Climatology: the new order of the value chain and the distribution between the different links. Areas of optimization such as the cultivation method and the oil mill."
This meeting will explore how climate change is transforming the value chain in the olive oil sector and will present key strategies to optimize both the cultivation and the processes in the olive mill. An event for all professionals in the sector interested in the sustainability, innovation and profitability of olive groves.

The manual on considerations on the search for competitive advantages in olive growing will be presented on November 4th. The specific case of the province of Jaén will be presented at 5:00 p.m. in the Guadalquivir auditorium of the Jaén Congress and Exhibition Center.
Once the event is over, which will be broadcast openly to the 66 countries that produce olive oil on the planet from Jaén, a copy will be given to attendees, and will be sent to all virtual attendees by PDF.
