At the 22nd edition of Expoliva, forecasts indicate that 271 direct exhibitors will take part in this edition, including the Ministry of Agriculture for the first time. This will be the most international Expoliva, with the presence of companies from 13 different countries, specifically Tunisia, China, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and Spain. The Expoliva Scientific-Technical Symposium, where "around 200 papers related to olive groves and olive oil submitted by national and international organizations and research centers" will be presented.
On April 2nd, the Expoliva Dialogue will take place at 5:00 PM at IFEJA in Jaén. The event will focus on "Portuguese olive growing as an example of innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness." It will feature two panels:
- The Portuguese Alentejo as an international benchmark for innovation in olive growing.
- Commercial competitive advantages derived from launching the global olive oil campaign.
At the end, a glass of Spanish wine will be served.
